I give permission for AWS to use my child's photo in promotional materials No. I do not give permission for AWS to use my child's photo in promotional materials COVID-19 Pandemic Acknowledgement of Risk: Asheville Waldorf School has put into place preventative measures to reduce the spread of the COVID-19, however, Asheville Waldorf School cannot guarantee that those who are taking classes at both Asheville Waldorf School’s outdoor and indoor classrooms will not become infected. Attending in-person classes could increase risk of contracting COVID-19 for all in attendance. By checking electronically, I acknowledge the contagious nature of the virus and voluntarily assume the risk that I (and/or my children) may be exposed to the virus. Liability Release: By checking electronically, I give permission for my child to participate in the Asheville Waldorf School activities offered in the Parent-Child Class. By granting permission for my child to participate in these activities, I release Asheville Waldorf School, its employees, volunteers, and any entity associated with Asheville Waldorf School from any liability for any incident or injury which may incur during normal participation in these activities. I understand that Asheville Waldorf School provides a safe environment for children, that all activities are age and developmentally appropriate, and that all children and activities will be well supervised by persons 18 and older.
