DENISE KAMPOURIS

Denise has been the mother and grandmother of an Asheville Waldorf School teacher and student, and because of this, has been blessed to be a part of this beautiful community. She has been an assistant teacher for children with special needs at the Cerebral Palsy Center in Atlanta. She also assisted and led the children’s program at an ashram in Upstate New York. Denise later homeschooled her sons, and after a while assisted in a homeschool group. After substitute teaching at AWS, she felt a strong desire to be more involved. She is grateful that her dream came true and she was able to join our team as Kindergarten Assistant.
