We would love to hear from you! Submit this inquiry form and we will be in touch soon. The questions on the form helps us to provide you with the most relevant information for your family. You can also sign up to meet with our Director of Admissions, Maria Allen, in a Admissions Information Zoom for Early Childhood or Grades 1-8. If you have multiple children, register for an Admissions Information Session the age of your eldest child.

NURSERY AND KINDERGARTEN

See our Age Eligibilities for more details.

  • Bridge Class – Children must be 2 years old by September 1st, 2024
  • 3 and 5 Day Nurseries  – Children must be born between 4/19/20 – 3/1/22.
  • Half-Day Kindergarten – Children must be born between 4/21/18 – 4/18/20.
  • Full-Day Kindergarten – Children must be 5 years old. 

Steps of Early Childhood Admissions and Enrollment

  1. Inquire about the school:  Zoom with AWS Director of Admissions, Maria Allen.
  1. Apply for admission
    • Complete this application,   (January 16-30 is our Priority Enrollment Period)
    • Send previous school records, if applicable,
    • Current or most recent teacher completes a reference, and
    • Optional:  Begin your Financial Aid application (for 5-Day Nursery and Kindergarten only through Clarity)
  1. Parent Meeting & School Visit:  The teacher meets with the child and parent(s).  After this, the Director of Admissions communicates the status of your acceptance.  If accepted, then the family continues to Enrollment
  2. The family completes Enrollment Paperwork:
    • Complete the Parent and Student(s) profiles through the Parent Portal..
    • Optional:  Complete Financial Aid application (through Clarity)
    • Pay the Enrollment Fee (billed through TADS).
    • Sign the Tuition Agreement (through TADS).
